What are typical credit terms?
After completing our basic credit application,
first orders are set up with half payment due prior to production
and the balance due upon delivery. On subsequent orders terms
will be set, subject to the on credit manager's approval, and
credit limits will be established.

How quickly can I get my label?
Under normal circumstances on all new (1st time) orders
delivery is scheduled within 10 working days after artwork has
been approved. This is the time when plates and dies are made
to order and will be the templates used for additional re-orders.
Re-order delivery is typically 5 working days.

Can you help me design a label?
Absolutely. Blue Ribbon currently has 5 talented artists
on staff with over 30 years combined experience. A staff artist
will work with you to design a label that is not only beautiful,
but effective. The best part about our service is that we do it
for a fraction of the cost that a commercial design firm would
charge. Blue Ribbon's Art Department is one of the strengths of
the company.

What if I don't like the way the label design comes
out?
If the mechanics of the label are physically damaged
we will repair it at our cost. Any error in printing or coloring
will also be fixed at our cost. In order to avoid any confusion
down the road, Blue Ribbon sends a color proof prior to any production
run for a client's approval. Once the approval is given and signed
off, the printing will begin. Blue Ribbon also offers small
pre-production runs on large orders to ensure label quality.

What are the shipping costs?
Labels are wound tightly on a roll so we can condense
hundreds of labels to a relatively small volume. This helps eliminate
high shipping costs and saves you valuable dollars. Special care
is taken to ensure label safety.

Is all the work required to complete the label done
in-house?
Blue Ribbon operates two facilities, one domestically
and one internationally (Puerto Rico). Our main 30,000 square
foot facility in South Florida employs over 30 hard working people.
Other than cutting dies, which no company does due to the speciality nature of that process, we do everything in-house. From artwork
to plate-making, to printing and packaging, Blue Ribbon does it
all.
